Banana Bountiful Beer Bread

Bountiful Beer Bread Mix®
12 oz. ginger ale
2-3 ripe, mashed bananas
1-2 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter

Creamy Caramel Sauce

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Pour into greased 4 x 8 loaf
pan; top with butter. Bake
at 350° for 50-55 minutes.
When done, poke top with
knife; pour warmed Creamy
Caramel Sauce over top.

Makes 12-14 servings
