Super Simple Dressing

2 tablespoons of cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons of vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juice
1-3 teaspoons of raw, unheated honey, to taste
1 teaspoon of mustard
Sea salt, to taste

Directions:

Use a fork to wisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.

Pour over a vegetable salad in a large bowl - romaine lettuce, celery,
and tomatoes will do.
Toss to evenly coat vegetables with dressing and enjoy this super simple,
yummy, and healthy dressing
